2. Service Level Agreements

3. Subscription and Cancellation
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Are you looking to scale down? You'll find the downgrade options in your dashboard settings. Please note that plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period to ensure your active features aren't abruptly cut off.
Termination of service by either party requires written notification. We'll miss you, but we won't make it hard for you to leave. That's just how we roll.
